Lake Forest is a deed-restricted, dues-supported community, with operations directed by a member-elected board whose primary responsibility is protecting property values. Among your membership perks: No greens fees for golf and $25 for a cart if you don’t want to walk; keycard access to three large pools; free use of clay tennis courts; use of a fishing pier on D’Olive Bay; and discounts for horseback riding at our stables.
We have a garden club and women's club along with the men's, women's and senior golf associations.
Along with all of these benefits of being a property owner, we also have special LFPOA sponsored events throughout the year.
